  • Is there a return policy on TMPL3 Shop items?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your item(s) we would be more than happy to exchange or process a refund for you within 30 days of purchase! We want you to love your clothing or fitness items as much as we do!

  • How do I sign up for a membership?

Email us to schedule a tour or enroll directly on the website and staff will email you to schedule a time to pick up your key fob & sign waivers.

  • Is membership month to month?

YES! We want a no stress approach to your wellness. If you are planning on pausing your membership or would like to cancel, please email us with your request/concerns.

  • How do I schedule personal training?

Email us and we will schedule a time with a trainer best suited for you and the days/times you can come in.

  • Do I have to be a member to sign up for personal training?

No, you can absolutely just enroll in training and your trainer will create a custom program for you!

  • As a member can I ask for help with nutrition, supplements, & workouts from staff?

ABSOLUTELY! This space is for you to thrive inside and outside. We want to be a source of information & enhance your wellness journey! So please ask us all the questions, we are here to help!

  • Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Please email & waiver will be waiting on the desk for your guest to sign.

  • How do I know what program on the TMPL3 STRONG app is for me?

Download the app & complete the onboarding questions. Gianna will reach out on the in app messenger to navigate the programs with you.

  • Do you offer in person guided meditation & Reiki?
Yes! Email us to set up an appointment & learn more about the session.
